Tip 2: The amount of meals


The food volume should be:


Lunch should be the biggest meal of the day

Breakfast should be regular meal of the day

Dinner should be the smallest meal of the day


Don't eat any food after 9:00 p.m.
Don't eat until you get full. *Try to full your stomach 80% only.
Chew your food as much as you can. It will help you to feel full at the early point.
