Key point:

1. Don't eat the staple food.
Try not eat staple foods(Principal foods) such as bread, rich, potatos, etc.
These foods contain a lot of carbohydrate which will work on gaining fat on your body.

2. Eat protein side dish.
Try to eat dishes that contain a lot of protein such as chicken, fish, meat, etc

3. Check 2's carbohydrate
Some of side dishes contain a lot of carbohydrate.
For example, potate, pumpkins, roots vegetables.
Fruits and harusame noodles, dumpling, flours contains much sugariness.

4. Drink a lot of water
Men should drink 3l. Women should drink 2l per day.
Try to drink water, non-caffeine tea.
*Artificial sweeteners are actually fine!! But milk, soy milks are not so good.
